ELizabeth Vawter 

Founder & CEO

Elizabeth’s vision, born in 2012, was to create a space that serves both guests and employees equally. At STEM, stylists are provided with constant coaching, education, and opportunities to thrive. A passionate and dynamic team produces not only great hair but also an unparalleled guest experience. After 20 years of working behind the chair, Elizabeth is now solely focused on leading her team. Her true joy lies in mentoring her stylists, equipping them with the skills, resources, and tools to achieve lasting success.

Elizabeth has studied under the most successful industry leaders and believes that education unlocks endless opportunities. Her unwavering commitment to ongoing coaching sets STEM apart and fuels the growth of her team. Her leadership is a testament to the power of strong partnerships, strategic brand affiliations, and a vibrant company culture.

As STEM continues to evolve, Elizabeth remains at the forefront, ensuring that employee development is always a top priority.   • We use a sliding commission scale. The more you bring in, the higher your percentage climbs. No cap, no ceiling - just a clear system that rewards growth and keeps you moving up as your numbers go up.
