Additional guests including children and pets are not allowed in the salon.

Product exchanges will be gladly accepted within 14 days of purchase for salon credit only. Credits may not be applied to services. Discounted product, boutique items, and tools are final sale.

Cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice may result in a full charge of service. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a  future reservation.

Prices are based on the stylists experience, and may be subject to change without notice.

Adjustments can be made within 2 weeks of service, and need to be scheduled with the same stylist. This does not include a complete alteration of color or style due to change of mind.

We are not responsible for items left behind or for damaged clothing/jewelry due to a salon service, smocks are provided for that reason. We recommend removing earrings, necklaces, and AirPods for the duration of your service.
